Banjo's Recipe - Traditional Sauce for NC Pulled Pork BBQ
1 cup apple-cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp dried red pepper flakes
Optional:
1 Tbsp dark brown sugar or molasses.
1/4 tsp black pepper
Place into small bottle and shake throughly.
This will become more mellow as time passes. Because of the high acidity from the vinegar, it will keep for a good while.....
